Odin Terms of Service

Effective date: June 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing, configuring, or using Odin, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer terms. If you do not agree, do not use Odin.

2. Service description

Odin provides Discord server administration, moderation, giveaway, role, translation, and utility features. Features may be enabled, disabled, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. Authorized use

You may use Odin only in servers where you are authorized to install or operate it. You must configure permissions and staff channels appropriately and use member exports, moderation tools, and logged information only for legitimate server administration.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Odin to violate law, Discord rules, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or the rights of others. You may not use Odin to harass users, evade Discord enforcement, collect credentials, distribute malicious content, profile users for prohibited purposes, or expose private moderation information to unauthorized people.

5. Moderation actions

Odin may automatically delete content, warn users, apply timeouts, remove roles, or kick members when configured moderation rules are triggered. Server administrators are responsible for reviewing Odin's configuration, permissions, logs, and moderation outcomes. Automated detection can produce false positives and should be supported by an appeal or staff review process.

6. Availability and changes

Odin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting failures, Discord API changes, permission changes, or third-party service failures.

7. Privacy

Odin's collection and use of data is described in the Odin Privacy Policy. Server administrators are responsible for informing their members about bot-enabled logging or moderation where required.

8. Suspension and termination

Access to Odin may be limited or terminated for abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms, violation of Discord rules, or conduct that could harm Odin, Discord, or other users. A server administrator may stop using Odin by removing it from the server.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator makes no warranties regarding Odin and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, moderation decisions, or service interruptions resulting from use of Odin.

10. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as Odin changes. Continued use after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
